The Board of Directors has made a small revision to the EPA bylaws. The words “membership” and “member” are being stricken from Article 1, Section 1, Paragraph (d) in regard to organizations or firms that wish to maintain a professional relationship with EPA.
Paragraph (d) will also be moved down as Paragraph (f) and Paragraphs (e) and (f), which address Legacy Council Membership and Contributors, will be moved up as Paragraphs (d) and (e), respectively.
Members will be asked to affirm this change at the annual business meeting on Tuesday, May 6, during the convention in Branson, MO.
